No. Because the access is so much faster, you will almost certainly spend less time on-line. You only pay for the minutes you use at local rate.

| Can I use CamelDial's Web mail from any Dial-Up? |

No. CamelDial limits access to the Web mail system to ONLY those that Dial-Up through our number, this is to prevent misuse of the web mail system by SPAMMERS.

| Can I collect mail at CamelDial from any Dial-Up? |
| |
|
Yes. You can connect to the same Incoming mail server from anywhere, although you should SEND outgoing emails from the ISP you connected with at the time. You can not send outgoing emails from our mail servers whilst you are connected with a different ISP.

| Can CamelDial protect my computer from intrusion when I am connected? |

No, unfortunately this is not something that CamelDial can easily do without heavily limiting your service. However we can recommend the software listed on our Security page.

| What have I got to lose? |
| |
|
Nothing, you will recognise the benefits of the CamelDial service straight away, however if you decide that you would prefer not to use it, you simply revert to clicking on the previous Internet Service Providers logo that you used before. Some software automatically deletes old versions, however we are so confident that you will like our service that we leave any other Internet Service Providers logo's on your desktop.

You simply click on the logo of your old Internet Service Provider.

| Can I withhold my telephone number? |
| |
|
No. The dial up connection will not work if you withhold your number. If your phone settings are set to automatically withhold the number then please prefix the dial up number with 1470, e.g. 1470 0845 1257941
